VANCOUVER, B.C., September 19, 2018 – NetCents Technology Inc. (“NetCents” or the “Company“) (CSE: NC / Frankfurt: 26N) announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Mike Laitinen, has tendered his resignation.
The company would like to thank Mike for all of his efforts during his time at NetCents. The Company is in the final stages of hiring his replacement. During this transition period, the Company will utilize their internal accountants and the resources of the Company’s independent Auditors to fulfil the Company’s financial responsibilities and to ensure continuity is maintained in the execution of the Company’s business strategies.
