LottoGopher is the newest addition to NetCents’ diversified merchant portfolio.
NetCents will administer payment-processing services to LottoGopher’s rapidly expanding market offering. The two companies will partner to provide innovative, real world solutions to the antiquated lottery business, starting in California, USA.
