NETCENTS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

VANCOUVER, B.C., July 4, 2016 – NetCents Technology Inc. (“NetCents” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the grant of incentive stock options (the “Options”). On July 4, 2016, the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) announced that a total of 30,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company were granted to an unrelated third party. Each Option entitles the respective optionee to purchase one Share at an exercise price of $0.25 per Share until the expiry date on July 4, 2021.
