NETCENTS Announces Extension of Warrants

VANCOUVER, B.C., July 5, 2017 – NetCents Technology Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE: NC) announces that the terms of the warrants issued in connection with the completed non-brokered private placement on July 6, 2015 as described more particularly in the Company’s final prospectus dated February 17, 2016 have been amended (the “Existing Warrants”). The terms of the Existing Warrants have been extended for another year with an expiry date of 36 months from issuance.
